BPM Forum Speaker Profiles

 The following presenters will be featured in this year’s programme at BPM Asia Pacific, taking place  19-21  October 2010 in Sydney.

 

Imre Hegedus
Managing Director, Imre Hegedus Consulting

 An internationally recognised process professional, Imre Hegedus is passionate about improving business performance. By enabling others to realise their potential through process and quality methods, he has developed a reputation for delivering real business value through process-based methods, models and designs. Assisting organisations in their early stages of ‘process thinking’, engaging with senior executives, and building enterprise process capabilities are Imre’s specialties.

After working for 15 years as a successful process and change management
executive in a corporate environment, Imre established a consulting practice focusing upon improving business performance through process management. This has seen him assist some of Australasia’s largest companies in their process endeavours. Imre has led the development of a number of Australian and international quality/process forums and Chairs the annual Ark Group BPM conference. His company provides executive and operational BPM consulting, tailored BPM training, and ongoing process review and coaching services.

Frits Bussemaker
Founder/Chairman, BPM-Forum Netherlands Process Community; Owner Korstmos

Frits Bussemaker supports organisations on collaboration and community building. He has been working in the IT/consulting industry for over 20 years. His vision is to organise value through collaboration. He is the Founder and chairman of a number of successful associations including the BPM-Forum Netherlands (www.bpm-forum.org), an independent and neutral expert forum for BPM professionals; the international ProcessCommunity (www.processcommunity.org); the Dutch chapter of the ASAP (www.strategic-alliances.org) and iPoort (part of Nieuwspoort).

He sits on the board of advice of a number of professional and academic organisations including IPBPM Portugal and ITSMF Netherlands. He is a regular international speaker and conference chair. He writes for Business Process Magazine, BPtrends.com and www.pluspost.nl and has contributed to various magazines and books from Adjiedj Bakas, John Jeston and Peter Fingar. He has an MSc from Delft University and his own company Korstmos.
